Had a whirlwind hunting day yesterady starting on the Sackarosa and ending on the Freak Nasty Lease back here in Rockvegas!!!

I watched the video and I'll post it later but yeah,.....I SHOT IT ALRIGHT! It was a great hunt and we had about 120 work us and all came in at the same time and if you hunt'em long enough you will know that a flock that size at one time can ruin the whole season if you shoot into em so we had to let'em land and try again and hope they come back in smaller workable flocks. Did get one goose and got to watch late night TV with Charity so that is all that matters.

Then it was off to the dove field and IB prepared and our friend and local vet Brian came along and it was a barrel burner. We all limited out in a couple hours but could of done it quicker. We sat in the shade for a while just watching. IB got some video I think. Before roost it was unbelievable. Id rank it in the top 3 fields I ever been on.

Good thing is there are still more to be hunted!!
Tully was wore out when we finally got home last night. She is like me......starting to show her age I reckon.

Well it is soaking in salt water now and it'll be on the grill wrapped in bacon and jalepeno's this weekend along with a slew of dove breasts.

UH had nothing to do with that.

They got candle light vigils and all going on over all that. Guy across the hall from me lives near the proposed Mosque sight.

It'll never get built. They keep burning it till they leave.
