My boss Marty who is such a great guy came in and told us that he has rectal cancer. He found out today and it does not sound good  It has gone undiagnosed for a couple of years they think meaning it's stage 3 or 4.. Marty has been so good to me as a boss and friend and has afforded me to be able to buy a house, own a boat and support a family. I pray for the best for him

Sorry to hear that rob. cancer sucks! I have had several friends and also my mom and a grandfather survive cancer. We will be praying for you all.

Sorry to hear it Rob! I have a couple of friends, both my age (mid-40s), battling it. One of them is my sister-in-law's sister. They have exhausted all treatments and are just waiting for it to take its course. I will say that her attitude is awesome. She is always smiling at church. IP: 68.68.166.67 |

I know how you feel. A friend of mine at work was "counting Mondays." He was down to less than 100. Esophegeal(sp?) cancer and he only saw about 15 more Mondays. Another friend of ours has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and stage 4 bone cancer. I'll add Marty to my prayer list. IP: 96.38.117.219 |
